FLEXnet/FLEXlm
BASIS products use FLEXnet/FLEXlm software licensing from Macrovision Corporation. The process of licensing is different than our former activation key method. For most initial FLEXnew/FLEXlm installations, contact BASIS for license authorization/registration and then install the license. With the appropriate IP addresses, you can install and register licenses remotely. In many cases, BASIS can also automatically register updates or upgrades after the initial registration process is complete.
