Title: How to get a Client Side Thread Dump
Description: Occasionally, BASIS Technical Support may request a thread dump for problem troubleshooting. The following Java utility will perform a thread dump on the client:

The utility may be used under the following conditions:
1) BBjServices is not running on the client
2) Using WebStart
3) ThinClientProxyServer is running outside of BBjServices
Select Process->Thread Dump from the menu and select the appropriate java process (javaw.exe or ThinClientProxyServer.exe).
