Title: BASIS Product Suite Throws "ISDatabase is unavailable" Exception at Beginning of Install
Description: This error may occur on an IBM P-Series, running the 64-bit Linux kernel with the en_US.UTF-8 character set. The IBM JVM is improperly handling the BASIS internationalized strings. This problem has been reported to InstallShield and IBM.
