In the Control Panel, double-click the Services icon to display the Services dialog. Click the Stop button.
To uninstall the Data Server, do the following:
In the Windows Control Panel of the host server, select Add/Remove Programs, highlight the Data Server entry, then click the Install/Uninstall tab.
Click Yes to confirm the removal, which prompts the UninstallShield to begin the process.
The Information screen appears, indicating that the process is complete. Click OK, then click Cancel to return to Windows.
Reboot the host server.
